On 22nd Feb, 2014 soul singer Waje & her band performed an unplugged set of all her songs at Club Quilox, Soul Lounge, Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. Ever the performer Waje really caught the spirit during her performance, her BFF Omawumi joined her on stage at some point and from the looks of it Waje brought the house down.
For the event Waje who recently publicly revealed the identity of her 14 year old daughter, who she had when she was 19/20, rocked a loose blouse, black shorts, and animal print heels. She wore her hair in braids showing off the recently shaved sides.

An Iranian man has been sentenced to having his eyes gouged out, his right ear and nose cut off as punishment for throwing acid in the face of a young girlcausing her to lose her eyesight, right ear and nose,an Iranian court has ruled.
Haaretz.comreports that the man was convicted in October 2013of intentionally attacking the girlafter a love gone sour. Iran's high court wants the body parts the victim lost during the vicious attack to be removed from the perpetrator's body as payback and have defended their decision.
The national council said Iran's high court defended cutting off the body parts of those found guilty of a crime, and removing eyes, as part of the country's judicial system.
Who approves of this kind of punishment?

Popular Fuji musician, Alhaji Abass Akande, popularly known as Obesere, has been arrested by the Police in Lagos State for allegedly raping a 29-year-old businesswoman, Olanike Olaiya in his Okota residence.
The sad woman, who reported the matter to Police, also narrated her ordeal in the hands of the musician who is known for large-crowd shows that fascinate society women. Ms Olanike said:
A SNAKE fought, wrestled and then ate a crocodile whole following a dramatic five-hour long battle. The incident was captured on camera by author Tiffany Corlis at Lake Moondarra in Queensland, Australia. The snake - thought to be python measuring around 10ft - constricted the croc to death, before dragging it to shore and eating it whole in front of a shocked crowd of onlookers.

He has tried to hide the condition from the public but his latest case in court took him into rehabilitation and it was at the rehab centre that the issue finally came out. While in court on Friday, where it was revealed that he is improving, the singer was told to stay consistent with his medication for the next two months.
