In yet another story of Police brutality emanating from social media, a trigger-happy SARS operative have shot a civilian in Delta state, in a shocking incident captured on camera. A Facebook user identified as Winney Eric has taken to the social networking platform to post some graphic photos and a video which show the shocking moment an operative of SARS, allegedly shot an unidentified man in the Eku area of Delta state.
